Course/Services Policies

  • Commitment and consistency are key to progress, so it is recommended that scheduling is done at a time when sessions can be consistently attended.

  • All programs are scheduled and billed monthly. The monthly bill is based on the fee structure for the customized program.

  • The confirmed schedule and fee structure for next month’s program is emailed on the 20th of the month. Changes to the schedule should be made before that time. (Scheduling is done about a week before the 20th and changes can be made at that time).

  • Invoices with finalized schedules are billed on the 20th and are due on the 23rd of the month. 

  • Program sessions are scheduled upon payment, so ensure invoices are paid by or before the due date to avoid late fees. 

  • One time sessions and consulting appointments have their own fee structure and are billed at different rates than programs.

  • Virtual and in-person sessions available. 

  • In-person availability depends on location. In-person sessions are held at convenient locations for students: home, local libraries, cafes, etc.

  • When there is inclement weather/dangerous road conditions, in-person sessions may be switched to virtual.

  • 72 hr cancellation/reschedule policy: Life happens! Rescheduling and cancelling sessions are accepted as long as 72 hrs notice is given– when sessions can’t be rescheduled, a credit will be applied to next month’s program for cancellations (credit amount varies with program). When cancellations happen with less than 72 hours, rescheduling and credits will not be available.

  • All scheduling requests should be made by emailing DrKatti@InstituteForExcellence.us.

  • Phones on silent are appreciated to minimize distractions.

  • Emails are typically responded to within 24 hours. For urgent communication, texting or calling is recommended.
     

Accepted Payment Methods

Programs are billed monthly via an invoice service — Apple pay, Google pay, and credit cards accepted.
